Liz launched Decoded Fashion in 2011, evolving the conference as the top global event series connecting decision-makers in Fashion and Retail to new technologies, with summits in NYC, London, Milan and Tokyo. The company was acquired in 2014, and Bacelar left Decoded Fashion in 2016.
